These terms govern your use of Jathaka and its marketplace. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.
1. The service
Jathaka is a marketplace that connects you with independent numerology, astrology and palmistry readers. Each reader prepares personalised reports for you using the details you provide. We host the platform and process payments; the reading itself is prepared by the reader you choose.
2. Your account
You need an account to order and follow reports. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for what happens under your account. One account works across every reader on the platform.
3. Eligibility
The marketplace is intended for users aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, you may use it only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
4. Your information
When you place an order you share details such as your date, time and place of birth. You confirm this information is accurate, and you understand it is used to prepare your report. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your data.
5. Payments
Fees are shown before you pay and are processed by our payment partners. Reports are delivered to your account once payment is complete. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us and we will help resolve it.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the marketplace — for example, by attempting to disrupt the service, access another user's account, copy or redistribute reports without permission, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
7. For guidance only
Reports are prepared for guidance, reflection and enjoyment. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal or financial advice, and you should always make decisions about your health, money or life with qualified professionals. You accept that readings are based on the tradition and interpretation of the reader.
8. Intellectual property
The Jathaka platform, its brand and its tools are owned by Jathaka. Reports you purchase are for your personal use and may not be resold or redistributed.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Jathaka is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the marketplace or from reliance on a report. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of the marketplace means you accept the updated terms.
